Model Nita Marie has revealed her five top tips to make women climax “every time”.
This comes amid National Orgasm Day, which took place yesterday (July 31).
The OnlyFans model from Colorado also says she wants to tackle the gender orgasm gap – with men climaxing more often than women during sex.
Nita Marie, 45, has shared what she believes to be fail-safe tips to get a woman off.
“As a woman in my 40s, I’ve learned all the right things a guy can do – and all of the wrong things,” Nita told Jam Press.
“If you want to impress your lady and keep her happy, you’ve got to pull out all the stops to keep her satisfied.”
The mum-of-two, who makes a $1million (£720,000) a year from her OnlyFans account, stripped off for some sexy snaps and she gave her best tips.
Focus on the task at hand
Nita said: “When you’re getting down to it, don’t be distracted.
“Turn off the TV and any other electronic devices in the room.
“Also, make sure your partner’s emotional cup is filled up – have you asked about her day?
“Foreplay starts way before the bedroom and women need to have that emotional connection.”
Ask her what she wants
She said: “Now this might sound obvious but you would be amazed at how many guys think they know a woman’s body better than herself.
“Ask your partner what she likes, if she’s shy, say she can moan louder or guide your hand to exactly where she wants it.
“Being able to talk about sex will make her feel more comfortable and ultimately lead to better sex and incredible orgasms.”
Nita said: “Start things off with gentle caressing, a kiss behind the ear, a scratch of the back, rubbing her shoulders.
“Things can get heated later but begin with some light touches to bring up the pleasure power.
“As things progress, it’s time to multitask – so get good at gently sucking on one of her nipples as you play with her clitoris at the same time.
“Oh and guys, don’t be selfish.
“The more you are focused on pleasing her, the more it will turn her on and give you a better chance of making her climax.”
Find the G-spot
She said: “Do try to hit her G-spot when penetrating her, which might take a few goes but is all part of the fun.
“It’s a few inches above the opening of the vagina.
“I’ve found the easiest way to reach it is to have her laying down on a bed and you standing up.
“Bring her legs up and slowly enter her.
“The G-spot is hard to reach in self-pleasure because of the location, so one of the only ways your partner will experience a G-spot orgasm is with a partner.”
Take your time
She said: “Even though you might want to, don’t climax before she does.
“It takes a woman 20 minutes on average to achieve orgasm.
“If you go first, you won’t have the energy to give her the toe-curling climax she deserves.
“Take a breather to stop yourself, that’s fine. Just make sure she’s still getting some action.”
